Fraser - 8’x36’
250 sq/ft of luxury single level home. All standard home appliances, reclaimed fir flooring, custom high end cabinets, Shou Sugi Ban siding, technical intello vapor barriers, Lunos HRV for the best indoor air quality, Seperet composting toilet. This home has a rooftop deck (rails are detected for transport) and a passive solar design for maximum south facing aspect.
ECLIPSE - 8’x26’
We designed Eclipse for a lovely family of three and had an ambitious goal to deliver this 270sq/ft beauty to Oregon just in time for the total solar eclipse in August 2017. We ran a two-week workshop to kick-off this build in Maple Ridge, BC in June 2017 (five crew plus ten participants).
Joy - 8’x26’
A sweet 270 sq/ft tiny house on wheels (THOW). We used plenty of salvaged materials on Joy, which brings us so much joy! The green corrugated siding gives an almost maintenance-free exterior and the plywood interior walls are ready for a natural clay plaster finish. Natural interior finishes are great because they increase negative ions in the space, which rejuvenate the body while creating a unique feeling that you just don't get using conventional materials. It's hard to describe but as soon as you walk into a building made with natural materials, you feel the difference.
